Key Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop — enough to create clean, appealing designs
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual composition — show us your best work, even personal projects
• Willingness to learn and take feedback — we value growth mindset over existing expertise
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
• Portfolio (even student work or self-initiated projects) is mandatory for consideration
• Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and short-form visual content is a big plus
